4-6 Tomatillos
1 small White Onion
at least 3 cloves of Garlic
1 Jalapeño (or, to your taste)
1 large Serrano Pepper
Cilantro
juice of 1 lime
1/8-1/4 cup of Olive oil
salt (to taste)
Yum
Broil all of the items for at least 15 minutes (but, not too burnt)
(drizzle a tiny bit of the olive oil on the veggies before broiling)
add salt
Once done broiling
Add the remaining ingredients to a container
Blend with a blender/hand blender
Let the flavors blend overnight!
