The other day I was watching the news when I saw a beautiful vignette about a man and his wife. This man is 77 years old and his wife was sick with kidney failure. He proceeded to walk through the summer heat in the Carolinas with a poster board asking, pleading, begging for a kidney for his wife. The devotion, love, and tirelessness with which he focused and pursued this goal is unparalleled. When I think of falling in love it’s hard because it’s easy to think of moonlight and roses. But, this, this is what love really is….
